What this site collects

This website does not present lead-generation forms and does not ask for your name, email, or phone through on-page fields. If you choose to call or email, you share whatever you put in that message. Server logs on a host may record IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and uptime.

Engagement files

If you later send a pipeline export for a paid review, that file may contain names of your employees or your customers. We use it only to produce the agreed packet. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train unrelated products.

Retention

Host logs follow the host’s default, typically under ninety days unless needed for a security review. Email correspondence is kept for up to three years after the last message related to an engagement, then deleted or archived in a reduced form for accounting. Pipeline files are deleted within sixty days after the walkthrough unless a longer hold is required by a written dispute or tax rule.

Sharing

We share data with a website host and, if you email us, with the email provider that carries the message. We do not sell personal data. We do not share pipeline files with other clients.
