Flagship review

Regional pipeline forecast review

A two-week working review of one sales region: staged deals, coverage holes, and a written forecast the manager can take into the next period meeting.

Who it is for

Regional sales managers, directors of sales, and owner-operators who run more than one county or metro pocket and need a forecast that survives questions from finance and operations.

What you leave with

A written regional forecast packet: commit / upside / risk by territory, a coverage map of named accounts, and a half-day walkthrough so the numbers can be explained without a second pass through the CRM.

Scope

One named region (for example North Metro Atlanta, North Georgia industrial, or a coastal overlay). We work from the team's existing pipeline list, stage definitions, and the last two closed periods.

Included

  • Intake of the current pipeline export and stage definitions
  • Deal-by-deal staging check on the largest open opportunities
  • Territory coverage notes (named accounts vs. whitespace the team already tracks)
  • Written forecast with commit, upside, and slip-risk commentary
  • Half-day review meeting in Cumming or on-site in the region

Not included

  • CRM administration, user licenses, or software installation
  • Commission plan design or payroll calculations
  • Holding, moving, or advising on funds or cryptocurrency
  • Ongoing daily deal coaching after the review window closes

Who does the work

Conducted by a Buildenginebase analyst who has sat in Georgia sales reviews, not a remote generic 'enablement' desk.

Sequence

  1. Day 1–2: intake call, pipeline file, and region boundary confirmation
  2. Day 3–8: staging read, coverage notes, draft forecast
  3. Day 9: manager review of the draft (corrections welcome)
  4. Day 10–12: final packet and the half-day walkthrough

Time

About two weeks from a complete pipeline file to the walkthrough. Rush windows are possible only if the region has fewer than forty open opportunities.

Where it happens

Work is prepared from our Cumming office. The walkthrough is in person at 1506CountyLineRd Cumming Georgia(GA) 30040 or at the client's regional office in Georgia.

What to prepare

Export open opportunities with owner, stage, amount, close date, and last activity. Bring the written stage definitions the team actually uses, not the CRM defaults if those differ.

Limits

We do not log into a client's production CRM. Files are reviewed as local copies for the engagement. The companion desktop utility, when used, stays on the client's machine for record-keeping.

How the fee is set

From $2,400 for a single region with up to forty open opportunities. Larger regions are quoted after the intake count. See the rates page for how quotes are built.
